FREE BOOK Reveals:
“How To Break Emotional Eating And Feel Confident In Your Body Again”

“I never realized how much stress eating was running my life until I tried the methods in this guide. I’m a senior project manager and always in control at work, but at night I would grab food without thinking just to calm my mind.
These tools helped me understand what the real feeling was underneath the urge. Within a few days I noticed that the pressure in my chest was easier to handle, and I wasn’t reaching for snacks out of habit anymore. I feel more in control, and I’ve even started dating again with real confidence.
This was the first time anything actually clicked for me instead of just telling me to ‘try harder.’”

Dani R.
Senior Data Analyst (Remote)
Past Coaching Client
“I love my career, but it can feel isolating. I was using food to fill a quiet loneliness I never talked about. Working from home made it even worse. I found myself snacking all day and avoiding dating even though I wanted real connection.
The exercises in this ebook helped me understand what I was really craving and gave me a sense of direction again. I feel calmer, more grounded, and my habits started shifting in a natural way.
I’ve already gone on a few dates, and for the first time in years I’m not doubting myself.”

Michael T.
Operations Director
Past Coaching Client
“After my divorce, I gained weight and completely lost confidence. I avoided dating and convinced myself I was too busy, but really I felt unattractive and ashamed.
The techniques in this ebook helped me shift those heavy feelings in a way I’ve never experienced before. They made it easier to get back into working out without the constant fight in my head, and they helped me show up as the version of myself I wanted to be.
I’ve already lost some weight, feel stronger, and I finally updated my dating profile because I’m proud of how I look again.”

My name is Franz St Fleur, and I help busy professionals break emotional eating, rebuild confidence, and feel strong again.
For years I struggled with emotional eating, low confidence, social anxiety, and believing I was not good enough. Even after I got fit on the outside, I still felt lost on the inside. It was not until I learned how to train my mind the same way I trained my body that everything finally changed.
Now I teach the same mental fitness tools that helped me rebuild myself.
I believe your mind, body, and social life work like a three-legged stool.
If one leg is weak, you wobble.
When all three are strong, you feel steady, confident, and in control.
Today I am a Personal Trainer and Behavioral Change Coach, and I have helped many professionals stop emotional eating, build real self-worth, and show up confidently in dating and life.
This ebook gives you the first steps I wish I had years ago.
